COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Moto Vario T71B-4 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nord products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yaskawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ekstrom-Carlson product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nord such as the SK90161AZ71S4CUS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SGMGH55ACA6C manufactured by Yaskawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yaskawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SM2C78 by Manufacturer Ekstrom-Carlson as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Reliance Brand T56S10185 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Witenstein such as SK100SMF250SK100SMF250 equipment made by Witenstein have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Witenstein products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Witenstein" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SGMP02AW14B made by Yaskawa as well as the popular T4C3B1R0506 original spares produced by Alsthom-Parvex Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SGM03L384CL by Yaskawa and SK100SMF250SK100SMF250 spares by Witenstein are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original T2M2030000216 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vickers. |
